Our four apartment buildings include 32 spacious second-floor two-bedroom units with balconies, and 12 two-bedroom units at ground-level. Our sunny two-bedroom, one-bath apartments are fully-applianced. Heat is included in monthly rent, and all units have air conditioning. Grounds are secluded and quiet with 24/7 on-site management and maintenance, and private, well-lit off-street parking with security lighting. On-site laundry facilities are available. All available units are recently renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms, and appliances and flooring.
